Coaching is offered between sessions or as alternative to traditional therapy.

Integrative

Lindsay uses an integrative style in therapy that is informed by her world travels and diverse trainings. Lindsay is a Master in Holistic therapy; a Certified Advanced Graduate Studies in Expressive Arts; Voice Dialogue Certified, Shame and trauma informed care certified; Certified in HeartMath® trauma sensitive training; and Certified in both intuitive and clinical basedl therapies for Eating Disorders. 

Somatic

Lindsay uses a "bottoms up" style of therapy that encourages a relationship with your body consciousness, somatic signals and the messages bodily sensations are communicating to you. 

Intuitive

Lindsay uses an intuitive style of therapy that allows unconditional support in guiding your personal and unique emotional energy patterns that feel "stuck" and release them with modified techniques that work specifically for you. 

Holistic Approach
